Service Description
ScanYourPDF is a web-based tool that transforms digital PDFs to appear as scanned documents and allows users to add signature overlays. Our service operates entirely in your browser - your PDF files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Account Terms
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
- One account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
- You must verify your email address to access all features.
Subscription & Billing
Free Tier
All users can process up to 1 PDF per day at no cost.
PRO Subscription
PRO subscribers enjoy unlimited PDF processing. Subscription options include $2/month or $20/year.
All payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the customer portal.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your PRO subscription, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ScanYourPDF to:
- Create forged, fraudulent, or misleading documents
- Produce documents intended for illegal purposes
- Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or other means
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any PDFs you process through our service. We do not claim any rights to your documents.
The ScanYourPDF service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our service without permission.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is our priority. PDF processing happens entirely in your browser. Your documents are never uploaded to our servers.
We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service: your email address for authentication and subscription status for feature access.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

ScanYourPDF is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
